Bill and his team recently completed a 'full gut' bathroom remodel for us. Cannot say enough about the final product, the process and the communication.

Each day Bill would text and tell us who was showing up for the day and what they would accomplish. His guys were here every day, not skipping from job to job. His team and subs were professional, courteous, always paying attention to not being in our way and carefully cleaned up at the end of every day.

Bill and his crew have done a variety of house projects for us over the past eight years. These have included bedroom, bath, and basement remodeling and repairs. The jobs have run the gamut from relatively small to major. Without exception, the work has been of high quality, completed in a timely fashion, and very fairly priced. Bill and his subcontractors are reliable. The work is not complete until all of us are satisfied with the results. Bill Kennedy and his crew were professional in every way and did consistently high-quality work. Kennedy Carpentry, Inc. demolished and rebuilt first and second floor back porches, rehabbed the front porch, gutted and rebuilt the kitchen, expanded the master bathroom, built a custom walk-in shower, installed new appliances and plumbing, redid a lot of the electrical system, gutted and rebuilt the third floor to turn it into a home office suite, and replaced half the roof.

They worked with us on our plans, did what we wanted, handled the permits and inspections, and made adjustments when necessary. Equally importantly, they always cleaned up after themselves, and they enabled us to lead relatively normal lives while all this was going on, even though the two of us and our cats remained in the house the whole time. We definitely plan to call on Kennedy Carpentry again for our next job.
