Bill Kennedy and his crew were professional in every way and did consistently high-quality work. Kennedy Carpentry, Inc. demolished and rebuilt first and second floor back porches, rehabbed the front porch, gutted and rebuilt the kitchen, expanded the master bathroom, built a custom walk-in shower, installed new appliances and plumbing, redid a lot of the electrical system, gutted and rebuilt the third floor to turn it into a home office suite, and replaced half the roof.

They worked with us on our plans, did what we wanted, handled the permits and inspections, and made adjustments when necessary. Equally importantly, they always cleaned up after themselves, and they enabled us to lead relatively normal lives while all this was going on, even though the two of us and our cats remained in the house the whole time. We definitely plan to call on Kennedy Carpentry again for our next job.
